In order to download the program you have to fill out some information. When installing, the Installshield wizard will ask you to make modifications to the windows firewall needed to operate the program across a network. Also you have the option to protect any device that appears to windows as a disk drive. At the end of installation you must restart your system for the configuration changes made to Undelete Home Edition to take effect. Every time you run the program you will be reminded to check product updates. Undelete will work invisibly in the background. It adjusts dynamically the recovery bin size for free space on disk but you can manually wipe free space. When deleting, Undelete Home Edition removes all traces of previously deleted data. In the main window you can choose a drive or folder with a mouse right-click and you can select recover or delete. In the recover window you can browse your computer to recover files to different location and mark the option if you wish to recover subfolders too. When deleting, you will be asked for confirmation. The exclusion list allows you to select folders and disk volumes you don't want to be stored in the recovery bin when deleting. With trial version the Recovery Bin will work for 30 days.
